All HVAC installations are required to follow the 2018 International Residential Code (IRC) and the 2018 International Mechanical Code (IMC) as well as the Jefferson County Building and Residential Code Supplement. These requirements apply to all new construction, alterations, repairs, and additions, and are enforced to ensure safety and code compliance.
