County Road 67 will be reduced to a single lane, with vehicles alternating directions, over the South Platte River bridge. The bridge is about five miles north of Deckers. Temporary traffic signals have been installed on-site.

The lane closure will allow construction crews to build and install a new bridge deck. Construction will continue through the end of this year and is expected to be completed by March 2026.

Construction to improve the West Ken Caryl Avenue and South Simms Street / West Chatfield Avenue intersection is expected to occur between July 21 and December 31, 2025.

There will be times when the number of travel lanes will be reduced along the project site. The speed limit will be reduced with fines doubled in the construction zone. Alternate routes are advised.
